Preview: Warriors and Kings to make playoff history in first NorCal matchup

The No. 6 seed Golden State Warriors and No. 3 seed Sacramento Kings will face off for the 2023 NBA playoffs’ first round starting on Saturday night.Not only will it be the first time the two Northern California teams face each other in the playoffs, but the first time the two local teams have been in the playoffs in the same season since the Kings moved out west from Kansas City in 1985.The series will open up at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento at 5:30 p.m. PT. (KRON) -- A five-year-old child was killed after a shooting Saturday night on I-880, according to California Highway Patrol (CHP). The shooting caused closures of the highway's southbound lanes near Fremont's Warm Springs District and Dixon Landing Road, near the Fremont-Miltpas border. KRON4 initially reported the shooting Saturday night. The victim was taken to the hospital but later died of their injuries, CHP said. No other information was immediately available. (KRON) -- Elon Musk-run Twitter is facing yet another lawsuit over unpaid rent, and it's in the East Bay this time, according to court documents filed in the Superior Court of the State of California.
